Shipping Method
Standard Shipping: Orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard eParcel. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way so you can follow its journey.
Order Splitting: Your order may be split in two based on stock availability in Melbourne.
Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping: All orders are shipped for FREE within Australia.
International (New Zealand only) Shipping
Shipping to New Zealand as per carrier's international shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Standard Shipping - Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number to monitor your shipment.
International Shipping - Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items
Lost Items: If a product is lost by the courier, we will resend the product at no additional cost. This is applicable only if the tracking shows the item as lost.
Undelivered Items: If the product shows as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 48 hours. We cannot accept complaints after this period.
